OTL Hours Type - Is it possible to require 30 minutes as a minimum entry and exclude the Hours Type

We set up a new Hours Type to track employee lunch break. The requirements of the lunch break Hours Type is to be at least 30 mins and it should not be included in the daily or weekly total.

Any idea how we can add a minimum amount of time and prevent the hour type from being included in the daily and weekly totals?
