Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 1_how can I know the oracle DB version and (client isntalled in E1)?

2_how can recover alert_files, .trc files from E1 oracle client side?
