Clicking on Attachment is re-directing to Login page of Mobile Approvals App

Hi We have configured Mobile Approval for EBS in R12.2.5, everything is working fine but when approver clicks on Attachment he re-directed to login page of approval app.

any help or pointers to resolve this will be really helpful.
