LineItemICField property and Line Item attributes

Hi everyone.

I would like to bind an attribute value to order item, but the official guide ( Binding an Attribute Value to a Line Item Integration Component Field ) is not sufficiently detailed.

I have found this document ( Doc. ID 1317544.1) but it is for ABO, so I have three questions:

1) how do the user properties have to be set in "SIS OM PMT Service" in order to accomplish the one described in the document 1317544.1 but for NON-ABO?

2) I thought that with such configuration doesn't create an order line attribute, but I seen that when I'm adding an product from the catalog the bound attribute is always created; the question is: can I define an bound attribute to be used in the configurator UI and then hide this attribute under Sales Order view? If yes, how to?
