OVR not communicating with BIP server

Hi

We have OVR installed in our 9.2 system. But we not able to create new reports or save reports. Which means the connection between the JDE and system and BIP server is not happening. Can you pleas eadvice.

Below is the soft coding. What does the end point refet ? is it the BIP server link or weblogic link ? Please advice.
