Status of instance reverts back to CREATED when in-transit

Hi,

Business case: instance from customer site is taken in for repair. We set it to a specific status "returned for repair", through Service. This works fine. However, when I put the item (now in inventory) through to a different inventory_org, the IB instance's status is updated to CREATED.

What setup is controlling this? I've looked at the IB Sub txn types, and the only Inventory related transactions that set the status to CREATED are receiving and misc issues. Is there a default of some kind perhaps?

Also: version is 11.5.10.2 (sorry for that).
