Commit components to Work centre location

Hi ,

We have a setup to have components to commit to W/C location with 'Split- Don't Cross Branch Boundaries'.

There is only 1 location for the item that is W/C location but it doesn't have quantity available. So will it still commit at this location or will it select another location based on FIFO.

I thought that during part list creation system logic should be to first check if RM is available on the WC mentioned in routing.. If it is available it will allocate it and provide this lot/serial in part list.. if material is not available in WC mentioned in RTG it should take material from WH location and inform about it in part list by attaching particular lot ( by FIFO )
