Unable to install Oracle DB clients while installing other EPM 11.1.2.3 components

Hi All,

I am unable to install DB client 32/64-bit while installing EPM 11.1.2.3 components. I have cleaned all the binaries, formatted the drives but still see the same issue.

Can someone help me out please? If any one has faced same issue, please let me know the steps taken to resolve it.
