Order Management, HTML User Interface : Access Control (12.2.4 and later)

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement where we have to give access to responsibility "Order Management, HTML User Interface" for particular Customer 'A'. Now I want restrict the responsibility such that salesperson of Customer 'A" can only create and manage orders related to his/her account(Customer A).

Please help with suitable approach to achieve this requirement.
