BPA is not defaulting on requisition

I am facing issue in BPA defaulting

1. Closed the existing BPA by puting end date and closing the PO from control option

2. Created new BPA for the Item, Item had KG UOM , BPA created for TM UOM

3. Updated the sourcing rule and Approved supplier list for new BPA at organization level

4. Now I am trying to create requisition by entering the OU and Inventory organization. But here the message is not popoluated of BPA already exist, here it is not able to find the BPA against that item.

Can someone please help me on this?
