While releasing a new version of Order signal 'AutoOrderSalesQuote', it Errors

Hi All,

Does anybody encountered an error while releasing new version of Order Signals? I am getting below error while releasing new version of 'AutoOrderSalesQuote' signal. It's happening in TEST environment.
