yum update error "rhn-plugin: Network error: Connection reset by peer"

Hello,

This is an issue on some of our systems (VMs) running Oracle Linux Server release 6.7

yum update errors out with

rhn-plugin: Network error: Connection reset by peer

What could this mean? Does this sound like an local system issue or a network issue? Or it is something one UEK repo server side?
