migrate R12.1.3 Install Base to another operating unit

Hi Experts

I'm working on a project where the existing Install Base was created in an US operating unit for both US and Canadian customers.  The plan is to create a Canadian operating unit and migrate all Install Base for Canadian customers to the Canadian operating unit.  Is there an out of box or supported Install Base process to do this?  Pls advise
