Container-Item Relationship setup

we are planning to use Cartonization within WMS (we dont use OTM) and as part of it we need to setup the Container-Item Relationship which can be found under Warehouse Manager -> Setup -> Material Setup -> Items -> Define Container Item Relationship Since we have more than 10000+ items that need to be setup , is there any API that we can utilize to perform the same Thanks
