Anyone using H-T-D in Hyperion Planning?

We are trying to get History to Date in our planning application.  At this time the H-T-D and Y-T-D numbers are returning the same value.  I had expected the H-T-D to be the Prior Years activity plus current years activity.?

Anyone have this working?
