Why 'Disabled Veteran' in SS results as 'Protected, Not Classified'

Does anyone know if Oracle has a fix/patch for Scenario-3 in this documentation 'Protected_Veteran_Status_Combination_in_ESS.doc'? On the Veteran Status page in Self Service, if the employee selects 'Disabled Veteran' (Opt Box 1 checked), then the landing page in Workforce Administration (Regional tab) shows 'Protected, not classified'. This is the same description received when the employee selects 'I am a protected Veteran, but I choose not to self-identify the classifications to which I belong'. Opt Box 1 should show 'Disabled Veteran', but I am not sure if Oracle already has a fix in place.
