Oracle Tele Service: How do I access HTML Contact Center and HTML UWQ?

I keep getting below error when I try to access HTML Contact Center page using Service responsibility. Can someone help me if I need to give additional access to Service Responsibility to be able to access HTML versions of Contact Center and UWQ?

The Simplified HTML Contact Center Page function is not available under the Service responsibility
