Unable to populate new disks in Oracle Solaris Cluster 4.3

Hi,

     I`ve built a new 2-Node solaris cluster with below OS and Cluster versions on guest ldoms,

I`ve added two new disks to both guest ldoms one is for Quorum and another one is for zpool for application pool. After adding the disks to guest ldoms and I could see the disks in echo | format of both the guest ldoms. However when I`m populating the disks it is not getting populated. Below are the commands used to add the disks to both respective guest ldoms
