Is there any specific way that we could see changes made to parlist and routing in a work order

Currently, they are attached to a work order through R31410.

There is an issue where the workorder partlist and routing are disappearing from the system after they are attached by the UBE>

There is no way we could trace these ?

I read a document attached which states a way to monitor the changes . But looks like they work only when they are attached manually.

Have anyone across such situation!
