Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Dear Support,

I am in the process of configuring Email notifications in Siebel using Gmail SMTP.

I have specified the following "Profile Parameter Overrides".

Enable TLS for SMTP--->TRUE
From Address---->
SMTP Account Name --->
SMTP Account Password --->
SMTP Server----->smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Server Port --->587

But i am facing the following Error : "SBL-NET-01949: Failed to establish TLS connection."

Could you kindly help me out where i am doing wrong.
