assortment multiplier calculation

Dear experts,

RDF v15 has a Demand Transference functionality. In order to use this functionality Assortment Multipliers (file name: assmul01xb.csv.ovr) have to be downloaded to RDF.

It is said in Oracle documentation, that these Assortment Multipliers are calculated in ORASE.

Does anyone know how to calculate these Assortment Multipliers not using ORASE? It would be great if someone could provide me with an algorithm of calculation.
