Hi All,

am getting below error while selecting "Profile" tab at ship-to level,

"You cannot create a credit profile for this address because it does not have a saved active bill-to, dunning, or statements business purpose".

I referred the note id:1186456.1 also. it seems not relating to our issue.


Please help us to find the root cause for this issue.
