Are deliverables specific to 'Repository Contracts' version ?

Hi Experts,

1) Are deliverables specific to 'Repository Contracts' version ?

2) Whenever a new version of 'Repository Contracts' is created, the deliverables are copied to the new version.

    In the table (okc_deliverables), the deliverable associated to the old version is automatically updated with value = 'N' for the data column 'manage_yn'

    what is the significance of this behavior ?
