Getting failure for this on cluster verification for upgrade of GRID: PRVE-0273 : The value of netwo

Going through the process of upgrading my GRID home for two node rac from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2. When I run the cluster verification, it fails with this:

ERROR:

PRVE-0273 : The value of network parameter "rfc1323" for interface "en1" is not configured to the expected value on node "aixdc69".[Expected="1"; Found="en1=0"]

PRVE-0273 : The value of network parameter "rfc1323" for interface "en1" is not configured to the expected value on node "aixdc68".[Expected="1"; Found="en1=0"]

Anyone seen this before?
