How can we restrict Mass Additions Post program to post particular group of assets not all assets in

Scenario --> I have created asset data in FA_MASS_ADDITIONS table with POST status. I am going to submit Mass Additions Post program but before that somebody else submitted the same program, then assets will get created by other's request. In this case, first user will get confuse that the program submitted by him didn't create the assets.
