Routing Option not showing

Hi All,

When I have selected routing option from row exist application work with shipment (p4915) Routing option is not available as I have done below setup

1) Rate schedule

2) Rate definition

3) Rate

4) Look up type

5) Routing entries

6) Carrier

Here I have attached screen shot of application as well.

Please suggest me how should i resolved it.
