Table does not exist when copying using HFM Copy Utility

The TEST environment was recently upgraded now when using the HFM Copy Utility there is an error Table does not exist.  With the errors messages below:

Invalid object name 'TESTIAS_CURRENCIES_HEADER'

Invalid object name 'HSV_TESTIAS_SYSTEMCHANGE'

Invalid object name 'TESTIAS_TASK_AUDIT'

Invalid object name 'TESTIAS_RUNNING_TASKS'

The Copy completes without error, however any new metadata is not copied.  There seems to be an issue with inserting data in the table of the copy to database.
