User take out from JDE suddenly (popups exception)

Hi,

End user has intermitent issue, suddenly log out JDE..and then login again and has exception popups error

Description:

End user is working through app, form, but in any moment get out of JDE suddenly

login again and continues working and notice his work is saved? commited? like work is taken?   because the order is create!

and display exception popsup

                            

other step:

1_end user is working

2_JDE close suddenly, and end user need login again

3_and when continues working with the app P58A8000 and display error exception

4_ and exception error

   

Intermitent issue and JDE take out end user, what could be reasonn intermitent end user out of JDE?
