FDMEE: Export to Excel - "Reached export limit"

We just upgraded from 11.1.2.1 FDM Classic to 11.1.2.4.200 FDMEE.

One of our trial balance locations is quite large (200,000+ rows), and we need to be able to export that data to excel.  However, it seems FDMEE is limited by the number of rows in an .xls file (~65,000), because the file generates the first 65,000 rows followed by the message below:

Reached export limit. There are rows that are not exported.

We have a custom script that exports to a flat file (.txt) in our 11.1.2.1 environment, but am unsure of how to modify this to Jython for 11.1.2.4.  All it does is say fix on the POV, and export all data rows, no filters.  Is there common replica that others use for this issue? I would imagine many companies face this problem.
