Deny Comments Validation is not triggered when we take action on Mobile Expense

Hi

When approver takes the "Deny" action on online(dekstop entry) expense report , he/she need to enter comments( as a validation message trigger asking to enter deny comments). When approver takes the deny action from mobile phone(PeopleSoft Mobile Expense 9.2 MAP Approval) system does not prompt for deny comments , can some one please explain is this the delivered behavior  or any bug has been logged for this issue.
