Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What would be the difference between "Re-run every 7 day(s)" and "Re-run every 1 Week"?

We are new to scheduling in the EBS applications. We have some processes which we would like to run once a week, say at 5PM on Saturdays.

I am curious what the difference would be to schedule this to "Re-run every 7 day(s)" versus "Re-run every 1 week".

1) Which is correct?

2) What happens with either setting if we experience an outage/downtime that has the system down from Friday at 7PM until Monday at 7AM?
