Oracle 12c upgrade issue, oracle server ORA-06512: at line 57

Did any face this issues.  I am doing upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2  in linux environment.

Oracle Server

   ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

   ORA-06512: at line 57

Oracle Server                             VALID      12.1.0.2.0  02:35:28

JServer JAVA Virtual Machine              VALID      12.1.0.2.0  00:03:21

Oracle Workspace Manager                  VALID      12.1.0.2.0  00:00:41
