Is Vendor Managed Inventory with Customers available in 11.5.10?

Hi,

I have got this user guide on 'Oracle Collaborative Planning Implementation and User's Guide" regarding "Vendor Managed Inventory with Customers".

The user guide is for Release 12.1 and I need to same for 11.5.10? I believe the same configuration is possible though I am not sure about the load process being available in 11i. Also I am unsure on the configuration of inventory organization and if the "Customer/supplier association window is possible in 11i.
