OMW Business Function cause memory violation (ProcessOMWQuickRequest)

We upgrade our EnterpriseOne Installation to 9.1.5.9 Tools Release with new Development Clients as well (Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x86_64) and now we're getting the error shown in the screenshot.

It always happens when you use OMW and the row exit View -> Start Design and it happens randomly while getting, checking in or out or other actions you take in the OMW.

I made a debug log that doesn't really help. Also the error message doesn't seem to have any effect at all, you can use the OMW just like you did before after the error message.

Any idea?
