Bug fix in 15.0.1.5 - 23560556 (Proportional Spreading doing even Spread)

Hi,

There is a bug fix in version 15.0.1.5 patch as per Read me document:

Bug 23560556 : RPAS PROPSPREAD FUNCTION IS NOT PROPORTIONALLY SPREADING BUT DOING EVEN SPREAD

Can anyone let me know in which patch version of version 15, this bug got introduced? Bug details says ver 15.0 but does not provide patch version detail.
