Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why does the Resource Usage Profile actual histogram not match the Actual Earned This Period?

The Actual This Period for June 2016 is $3,264,728.

The Actual Cost histogram shown in the Resource Usage Profile for June 2016 shows well over $4 million.

Why is there such a large difference between these?
