Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Geography Name Referencing Program

When I run the Geography Name Referencing program for HR_Locations for All, in the output, I see several errors.

But not sure how to check where are the errors? Or what failed? How to find that?

Then if I run the program again with 'Error' records only, then I see all records passed. No errors.

How come? I did not make any changes. Then why it did not passed in first run? Any solution or guidance on this issue?
