Subledger Accounting Program Report when run Tools-> Create Accounting

When I am running Create Accounting as a separate concurrent request in the concurrent manager - I am getting the full execution report Subledger Accounting Program Report  in the Output of the request just fine but  ... when I run for a particular transaction from the Tools option: Tools-> Create Accounting then when I open the request (Create Accounting) that was kicked from this Tools option  and go to the Output -there is html opens up instaed of the nice formatted report.... What needs to be done (maybe some profile option needs to be setup?) to get the SLA Output
