Where to setup BIPXMLIncludeInvisible in Server Manager?

JDE.INI setting BIPXMLIncludeInvisible can be used to set reports for which empty tags should show in RD source. While I can update this setting directly in jde.ini I would prefer doing it via Server Manager.

But I can't find where to do that in SM. Can you confirm what the setting name in SM is?
