Where can I find documentation on how to save a query in 9.2? Have no Save a Query option available

I'm unable to save a databrowser query in 9.2.  Looking for documentation but all I can find relates to copying a query to public or security issues.  We've recently upgraded from 8.12 and the process apparently is different.  Have tried unchecking & creating label & description under Tools, Save As, Select Application Failure Header Label but nothing is saved.  (This does not seem to be an appropriately named screen in which to do this.)
