Create A SIP Session report (Monitor and Trace?)

I want to get a Wireshark type trace from the SBC (at least it seems like it can do that) to see all the SIP traffic coming and going from the SBC to our SIP trunk provider (or at least some sort of foltered version). I've dug through the config manul but nothing seems very clear. In the Web UI there is a "Monitor and Trace" area which will show sessions etc in theory. Say I want to see all the SIP sessions for a realm, is there an easy way to do that where they either show up there
