spacewalk 2.4 and file /usr/share/rhn/ULN-CA-CERT

I'm trying to install spacewalk 2.4 on OL 6.8.  When I try to populate the spacewalk channel I get the following error:

ex=0 0714 14:10:49 host ~ userid $sudo rhnpush -v --channel=ol6u7_x86_64_base --server=http://spacewalk.server --dir=/media/cdrom/Packages 

Connecting to http://spacewalk.server/APP

Username: an_admin

Password:

ERROR: unhandled exception occurred: (rhn-plugin: ERROR: can not find RHNS CA file: /usr/share/rhn/ULN-CA-CERT).

Where should get file ULN-CA-CERT.
