Parent-Child collection data in Technician Portal

Using 12.2.4.

Quality collection plans are defined with parent-child relationship where elements in parent plan are copied to the child plan (one to multiple row entries). When completing operations in tech portal, the parent plan is completed along with child plan. The copied information is not displayed in the child plan during entry in the tech portal, and when viewing quality results of the child plan the copied fields are blank. The goal is to generate reports from the child plan data, but without the copied elements the data can not be correctly sorted/filtered.
