PIN_FLD_STATUS_FLAGS and PIN_FLD_CYCLE_FEE_FLAGS in purchased_product_t table

Hi,

What is the meaning for different values for these 2 fields below.

1. PIN_FLD_STATUS_FLAGS

2. PIN_FLD_CYCLE_FEE_FLAGS

Documentation and Header file doesn't make me understand clearly.

If the value for these 2 fields are 8 and 1 respectively, then if we inactivate the product, billing considers the inactivation period as well which is wrong.

The other combinations are 1 and 4097 which works as expected. I need information for the version 7.3.1, looks like no changes has been made in 7.5.
