Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can't see Potential Shortage

Hello,

I'm unable to see the Potential Shortage (Inventory / On hand, Availability / View Potential Shortage).

I believe our Shortage Parameters and Organization Parameters are properly defined. Our items also have the 'Check Material Shortage' flag.

When we run the "Shortages Summary Report", we're able to see the materials shortages.

Is there any parameter that we are missing?
