Opatch rollback failed with ERROR: OPatch failed because of cmd. args. problem.

Helowlo experts,

I am faceing below probleam while rollback patch 6995251 on 10.1.2 application home in R12.1.3 instance. Kindy  someone help on this issue.

[preapps@devclone 6995251]$ opatch rollback
