Create Settlement Batch Performance Issues

Hi,

Recently, we have upgraded our application from version 12.0.3 to 12.2.5 and after that Create Settlement Batch Program is taking long time to complete. Prior to upgrade it used to take 30-40 minutes for same set of data whereas now it runs for hours. Can someone help on this issue. We already have Sev1 SR with product support but not able to find out any solution. This program is scheduled to run on daily basis which is causing lot of pain for business.
