How to remove the performed Physical Inventory names from the search list?

Hi all,


We have been using this process for 2 years and we have got a loads physical inventory names. Nowadays it causes a problem when we try to find the current one.

- I tried to use the "purge all" but it is not working for the completed/launched ones.

- I just want to clean the previous ones out which those have already been completed (see on pic01). It's a kind of housekeeping process.

How can I remove the already performed/launched "Physical Inventory names" in the search list?
