Scheduler and two enterprise servers

Hi, we have two enterprise servers (one for DV/PY and one for PD). I have some jobs scheduled on ENT1 and some on ENT2. Do I need to start the scheduler on both enterprise servers or just one. I see that jobs on ENT1 are running fine but not running on ENT2. What is the guidelines for schedulers when multiple enterprise servers are involved. Early guidance is very highly appreciated.
