How to Transfer data from Primary Ledger to Secondary Ledger

HI All,

We have Primary Ledger w.e.f  1-Jan-2015 and to meet statutory purposes we created Secondary Ledger and assigned to Primary Ledger on 1-Feb-2016 mentioning that this Secondary Ledger opening (First even open period is 01-Dec-2015). After completion of Secondary Ledger and Mapping now when am searching for data in secondary ledger nothing is flown from Primary Ledger to Secondary Ledger.

Note : We have taken Subledger Accounting Method as "Standard Accrual" and Data Conversion Level is "Subledger".

What steps I have to take ( or Programs has to be run ) to import data from Primary to Secondary Ledger.
